Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 Tbsp agave syrup or honey

Instructions:

  1. Combine coconut milk, chia seeds and agave syrup in a bowl. Cover and wait for at least 10-15 minutes or until it forms a gel like consistency.
  2. Top with your favorite fruit and sprinkle with some dessicated coconut for garnish (optional).
